High Level Launch Plan:
  • Oct–Jan 2026: Build in 12-week MVP sprint; 2 week Diwali and New Year Vacation in between.
  • Jan 2026: Pilot rollout with 10–20 users.
  • 2026: Scale users, expand avatar content, and integrate advanced features.
